Fruit for our Giesen Estate Merlot comes from the Bridge Pa region of the Hawke’s Bay, which is known for producing rich, plummy Merlot with a beautiful deep, dark colour. Our wine sits in French oak for ten months in barrels of mixed ages to add depth and complexity to the final product.
